Order Placement
Once an order is placed with AKS Hair & Beauty Ltd. an order acknowledgement will be sent to the given e-mail address confirming receipt of order and the details of the goods purchased.

Payment
Payment must be received in full at point of purchase. Orders will not be dispatched without prior payment.

Delivery
Goods excluding furniture items and accessories should be ready to dispatch within 72 hours of receipt of order providing goods are in stock and available. Dispatch dates may vary depending on stock availability. All deliveries will be delivered between 9am – 6pm and will require a signature on date of delivery Should someone not be at the delivery address to sign in receipt of the order between the required hours the goods will be redelivered to the buyer at an additional cost of £10 per delivery.

For furniture items expected delivery date will be advised on order. Some furniture orders may take up to 6-8 weeks for delivery and up to 12 weeks for special order items.

Please note delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed and maybe subject to circumstances out of the Company’s control. The Company does not accept claims for loss due to late delivery.

Delivery Charges
For standard packages less than 25kg the following delivery charges are applied:

•Standard Delivery Mainland UK (2 – 5 Business days )- £4.95
•Standard Delivery Scottish Highlands & Islands (2 – 5 Business days )- £11.50
•Standard Delivery Northern Ireland (2 – 5 Business days ) - £7.50

For Guaranteed Next day Delivery Mainland UK, please call 01332 380028 or e-mail AKS to ensure stock availability. This service is available Monday – Friday only.

These offers exclude large items such as furniture; nail stations, couches, trolleys, chairs, stools etc. Delivery charges for such large items will be advised on order. Please ask for quotation.

Please note mainland UK excludes Ireland, N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands, & Channel Islands. For deliveries to the Channel Islands & Southern Ireland, please ask for quotation. Regrettably, AKS Hair & Beauty Ltd. is unable to deliver to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.

Cancellations
Cancellations prior to dispatch will be accepted on standard items. Cancellations will not be accepted once goods have been dispatched. For special order or non-standard items, cancellations will not be accepted.

Guarantee
All items are guaranteed according to manufacturers warranty. All glass items are excluded from this guarantee.

Force Majeure
The company is entitled to cancel or delay delivery orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances out of its control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.

General
Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose by fully trained individuals or students under qualified supervision. The Company will accept no responsibility, for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or mis-using equipment supplied by the Company. Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.

All offers on this website are subject to stock availability. The Company takes great care to ensure the accuracy of sizes, prices and specifications. Whilst such descriptions are given as a guide and in good faith, they are subject to alteration without notice. If an error in the price of goods you have ordered is discovered the Company will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Trade Only
AKS Hair & Beauty Ltd. Is trade only and operates exclusively as a wholesaler. It does not sell directly to the general public. By placing an order with AKS Hair & Beauty Ltd. you are confirming that you are not a consumer for the purposes of the Consumer Credit legislation and for the purposes of the Sales of Goods legislation and that you are in business and purchasing the goods for the purpose of that business and not for personal use.
