Returned Goods

Where goods have been ordered in error or are not received as expected the company may agree to their return on the following conditions:

1. Returns authorisation must be requested within 48 hours of receipt of goods. The reference number received with this authorisation must then be quoted on any accompanying documentation in relation to the returned goods.
2. Goods must then be returned to the Company within 7 days from receipt of authorisation.
3. Goods must be returned in a saleable condition, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
4. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for the return carriage and to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged so as to avoid damage in transit. The Company accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit to us. We strongly recommend that proof of purchase or despatch is acquired by the buyer prior to return.
5. Refunds on heavy / large items may be subject to a 10% handling charge. Any furniture items which have been made to special order cannot be returned.

Due to strict hygiene and health & safety regulations the seller is unable to accept return of cuticle, nail nippers/scissors, equipment/accessories such as razors & clippers that have been used. This list is not exhaustive. Additionally, as a protective measure for all customers, returns of beauty products, which have been opened, hair colours, or any other chemical product will not be accepted. These restrictions are for the benefit of all of our customers and mean that orders will be placed with complete confidence, as all goods supplied are new, and direct from the manufacturer. 

For equipment or goods returned as faulty, goods will be collected and inspected before any refunds or replacements will be made.

Shortages or Damages

Goods must be inspected on delivery and all claims or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery in order for any rectifications to be made.
